Final Color of CAD-CAM Produced Thin Lithium Disilicate Ceramics Cemented with Different Colored Resin Cements on Darker Backgrounds

Aim: The aim of the present study was to evaluate final color CAD-CAM produced thin lithium disilicate ceramics cemented with A2, opaque, and bleach resin cements on darker backgrounds. Materials Method: Nine different experimental groups (n=10) were generated according colors backgrounds (ND3:A3, ND4:A3.5, ND8:A4) (A2, bleach). Target specimen prepared by cementing ceramic layer onto ND2 (A2) background using translucent cement. difference values between target calculated CIEDE2000 formula. data statistically analyzed Kruskall Wallis test (α=0.05). Results: results showed that most had higher than acceptability threshold (1.8) except ND3-A2 ND3-opaque groups. It observed when got darker, increased. Conclusion: (A3, A3.5, A4) cement bleach) affected in 1 mm thickness. Color found clinically acceptable limits for A2 opaque A3 background.
